Salon Policies

Cancellation/rescheduling policy


For canceling/rescheduling a booked appointment we require 48 hours notice. Individuals who cancel within 48 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the appointment.

Late Policy

When a client is 10 minutes late or misses their appointment we charge 100% of the booked service.

Changing Appointment Policy

If a client changes what they are booked for within 24 hours of the service or at the time of the appointment we charge 50% of the canceled service. If a client is unsure of what to book for they must schedule a consultation first. 

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds because we charge for our time and the products used throughout the service. If there is something that doesn’t align with the consultation and requires adjustment we will gladly change it. As long as the client reaches out within a week of the service.

Deposit Policy

Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to your future appointment.

We choose to put these policies in place because we value our time with all of our clients. We don’t want to take away from another client because of timing changes. Thank you all for being respectful of these policies and supportive of our small business.
